To shoot or not to shoot

Shoot this: This 5+ year old deer is probably as big as he is going to get.

Not this: This 3-4 year old deer has some growing to do. If left, he is going to be quite large next year.

Shoot these: 3-5 year old does produce more doe yearlings than younger does do, they also have more meat than younger does.

Not these: Is this 1-2 year old a doe or a buck? Hard to tell. If there's any question about it, don't shoot.
